Sproule International Signs Agreement with Oil Development Corp.

Oil Development Corp. (ODC) , a wholly owned subsidiary of Kuwait Petroleum Corp., has contracted Sproule International Limited, a Canadian petroleum consulting firm, to assist them with "Project Kuwait", the development of oil reserves and increasing production from Kuwait's northern oil fields. A signing ceremony was held on November 11, 2008, with Sproule's President, R. Keith MacLeod, and Vice-President of Engineering, Greg Robinson, ODC Chairman and Managing Director, Hashim Mustafa Al-Rifaai, and others from the companies involved.

Sproule will provide advice on the various options related to increasing oil production in these types of reservoirs, the estimated cost of the necessary facilities, and regulatory issues related to projects of this size. The project will be carried out over the next two years.

Sproule is looking forward to working on this project.
