Colorado

Reserve evaluation of properties in the Denver Basin (Colorado), in Mid-Continent (Oklahoma and Texas),
     and in Wyoming.
Investigated the feasibility of drilling horizontal infill wells in various Cretaceous “J-Sand” fields located in the
     eastern Denver Basin, Washington County, Colorado; 3D seismic data were examined for use in optimizing
     placement of development wells and prospect generation.
Evaluated assets located in the Powder River Basin, Wyoming; the Uintah Basin, Utah; and in Adams and
     Moffat counties in Colorado.
Audited internal reserve assignments for properties located in Montana, North Dakota, Wyoming, Colorado
     and Oklahoma.
Subcontracted by the operator of the Denver International Airport (DIA)-owned wells to determine the feasibility
     of secondary recovery opportunites in the oil producing Cretaceous J sand, Third Creek Field, Colorado.
Study to evaluate the economic feasibility of implementing secondary recovery operations by waterflooding the
     Lower Cretaceous “J” Sandstone interval in a Denver basin field.
Geological, engineering, and economic studies of coalbed methane properties in San Juan, Raton, Uintah,
     Wind River, Piceance, Washakie, Powder River, Western Washington, Sand Wash, Central Appalachian,
     Arkoma, Denver, Hanna-Carbon, Warrier, Greater Green River, Illinois, Forest City,
     Maverick, Albuquerque, Gulf Coast lignites, Oregon,
     Northern Appalachian, and Cherokee basins.
Study of recompletion/infill drilling program for “J” sandstone in DJ Basin.

Evaluation of Lake End Field, Red River Parish.

Michigan

Evaluation of Niagaran carbonate reef wells.

Montana

Audited internal reserve assignments for properties located in Montana, North Dakota, Wyoming, Colorado and
     Oklahoma. Validation of reserve assignments was performed using production performance analysis, volumetrics,
     material balance and analogy to offset production.
Conducted year-end reserve audit and estimate of reserves and income attributable to leaseholdings in Montana,
     North Dakota, Wyoming, Oklahoma, and Texas. Economic cases were run using escalated and unescalated prices.
Evaluated various properties located in the Montana area of the Williston Basin to assess remaining oil and gas
     reserves and calculate a reasonable market value for potential buyers.
Field studies on Bowdoin, Battle Creek, Cutbank, Kevin Sunburst, Reagan and Sweetgrass Fields.

New Mexico

Valuation of the oil and gas resources contained on a tract of land located in the northwestern portion of the
     Delaware Basin, New Mexico, condemned by the placement of a radioactive waste repository WIPP site.
     Geologic formations investigated were Pennsylvanian and Permian in age, with reservoirs developed in both
     clastic and carbonate deposits.
Evaluate and screen business opportunities for a client interested in developing potential partnerships
     and/or joint ventures. Project areas have been geologically and geographically diverse, spanning Pennsylvania,
     Illinois, Kansas and New Mexico.
Valuation of oil and gas resources, Delaware Basin, in connection with dispute over potash resources and the
     Waste Isolation Pilot Plant.
Evaluation of eastern San Juan Basin reserves in Pictured Cliffs, Ojo Alamos and Fruitland coal.

North Dakota

Audit of internal reserve assignments for properties located in Montana, North Dakota, Wyoming, Colorado
     and Oklahoma.
Year-end reserve audit, including estimates of reserves and income attributable to leaseholdings in Montana,
     North Dakota, Wyoming, Oklahoma and Texas.
Reservoir studies in the Fryburg, Red River and Nisku Formations.

Oklahoma

Conducted a reserve evaluation for potential bidders on numerous Amoco properties located in the Denver Basin
     (Colorado), Mid-Continent (Oklahoma and Texas), and Wyoming.
Review and evaluation of the Amoco Central Package Oklahoma Oil assets that consisted of producing properties,
     leasehold interests, and facilities, including: Sho-Vel-Tum Trend located in the Ardmore Basin, Clarksville Cotton
     Valley Unit located in the East Texas Basin, East Fitts Unit located in the Arkoma Basin, and other
     miscellaneous properties.
Technical evaluation of sources of gas production, by geological horizon, from an Oklahoma wellbore that is the
     subject of a vertical severance dispute.

Coalbed methane evaluation.

Pennsylvania

Ongoing services related to project management and profitability assessment of development projects in West
     Virginia and Pennsylvania.
Ongoing contract to evaluate and screen business opportunities for a client interested in developing
     potential partnerships and/or joint ventures. Project areas have been geologically and geographically diverse,
     spanning Pennsylvania, Illinois, Kansas and New Mexico.

Texas

Reserve evaluation for potential bidders on numerous Amoco properties located in the Denver Basin (Colorado),
     Mid-Continent (Oklahoma and Texas), and Wyoming.
A year-end reserve audit and estimates of reserves and income attributable to leaseholdings in Montana,
     North Dakota, Wyoming, Oklahoma, and Texas.
Reviewed a Cretaceous sand prospect located in the Maverick Basin of South Texas, performing geologic and
     engineering investigations and including estimated reserves.
Coalbed methane prospect evaluation for major and for independents.
Evaluation of the Weigard Field, Athabasca County.
Reserves evaluations for Bethany Field, East Texas.
Reserves evaluation for sour gas in Rodessa fractured carbonate, East Texas.

Wyoming

Conducted a reserve evaluation for potential bidders on numerous Amoco properties located in the Denver Basin
     (Colorado), Mid-Continent (Oklahoma and Texas), and Wyoming.
Evaluated assets located in the Powder River Basin, Wyoming; the Uintah Basin, Utah; and in Adams and Moffat
     counties in Colorado.
Conducted a year-end reserve audit and included estimates of reserves and income attributable to leaseholdings
     in Montana, North Dakota, Wyoming, Oklahoma, and Texas.
Provided to the GRI, under a subcontract with Schlumberger GeoQuest, a report on statistical work (Frontier
     Formation, Greater Green River Basin) that attempts to correlate production performance with reservoir
     parameters, completions practices, or any other variables which may control well behaviour.
Numerous coalbed methane evaluations for majors, independents and potential litigation.
Prepared an estimation of reserves and income attributable to a client's leasehold interests in the Green River
     Basin, SW Wyoming for property divestiture.
Audited internal reserve assignments for properties located in Montana, North Dakota, Wyoming, Colorado and
     Oklahoma.
Indepth reservoir study of the Muddy Ridge Field, Wind River Basin. Included single well modelling with resultant
     conclusions regarding well density.
