Sproule specializes in the evaluation of undeveloped and exploratory lands, to determine the geologic framework, estimate the resource potential, and calculate a fair market value for the holdings. During the assessment, we take into account all known pertinent factors, such as geologic structure, geophysical anomalies, prospective producing zones, terrain and accessibility, market requirements, operating status of the various holdings, and the overall economics of exploration, development and production. Where possible, recent prices paid for lands with similar prospects are incorporated.

Annual appraisals assist our clients in monitoring the dynamics of land values and exploration activities over specific properties or areas of interest. Courses and seminars on unproven property evaluation are available upon request.

Other services we provide include risk assessment, basin, play and prospect analysis, securities submissions and annual corporate reports, estate settlements, establishing Fair Market Values, and studies of resource potential.
